허블우주망원경이 지난 25년간 찍은 최고의 우주 사진 25장

허블우주망원경이 지구 주위를 돌면서 우주의 비밀을 경이로운 사진으로 촬영해 인류에게 보내준 지도 벌써 25년이 됐다.

지난 1990년 우주로 떠난 허블우주망원경이 보낸 사진들은 우주에 대해 인간이 갖고 있던 이해를 근원적으로 변화시켰다.

허블우주망원경의 25주년을 기념하며, 나사와 유럽우주기관(ESA)이 그동안 허블이 촬영한 25장의 사진을 골랐다. 1년에 1장씩, 최고의 사진만을 선정한 것이다.

우주는 경이롭다. 그리고 허블우주망원경은 아직도 열심히 우주의 비밀을 파헤치고 있다.
